Conventional Impressions
When it comes to sending us your cases, the conventional impression method offers a well-established and reliable approach.

1. Rx Submission Form
Fill out Freedom Dental Lab Rx submission form. It is available to be printed whenever you want to send a case.
2. Call us to Request a Pick-up
Depending on the area you are calling from, the pick-up service will be provided within one to two days.
3. Ship your Case
Clear and accurate labeling ensures that there are no mix-ups and helps us keep track of each case. Once your impressions are prepared and securely packaged, you can proceed to send them to our dental laboratory.

Our collaborator will visit your dental office at the agreed-upon time and collect the models from you.

Send Digital Impressions
In a rapidly advancing digital age, the use of digital impressions has become an increasingly popular choice for dental professionals.
Freedom Dental Lab welcomes and encourages the use of digital impressions as an efficient and accurate method for case submission.
Find the scanner you use and follow the instructions
Cerec
- Create or Login to your CEREC Connect account
- Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”
- Type “Freedom Dental Lab” in the box for Company Name
- Click FIND
- Check the box to the bottom left for “Freedom Dental Lab”
- Click ADD to complete the registration
iTero
- Call 800-577-8767 and select option 1
- Request that “Freedom Dental Lab” is added to your scanner
- Provide our account number to verify the correct lab ID 279298
- After Freedom Dental Lab has been added, restart your scanner
- After connecting to us as a lab, select Freedom Dental Lab on your scanner when sending files
3Shape Trios
- Go to www.3shapecommunicate.com in a web browser
- Create an account
- Connect with “Freedom Dental Lab” by searching send.case@freedomdentalstudio.com
- After connecting to us as a Lab, select “Freedom Dental Lab” when sending files
Medit
- Visit www.meditlink.com/register and select “don’t have an account? Sign up.”
- Select the “Administrator” option under the category that best fits your business.
- Provide your information and check your email for a verification link. This email will also contain instructions to download the software.
- Select “Add New Partner” and search for “Freedom Dental Lab” to start sending cases to our lab.
Shining 3D Dental
- Click on “Go to send” button to go to the send page
- While on the send page, you will see an image of the scan shown in the center of the screen with the send settings on its left
- Select “Freedom Dental Lab” in the drop-down list
- Click + to add attachments to the order if needed
- Click Send button to start exporting and sending process
- After the send completed successfully, the order state will read “waiting to be accepted”
Carestream
- Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner
- Search for “Freedom Dental Lab”
- Add “Freedom Dental Lab”
- Select Freedom Dental Lab when submitting scans of raw .STL files
- Email us at send.case@freedomdentalstudio.com
